Education Qualification: F.Sc
Occupation: Central Government Pensioner. Retired as administrative officer in Doordearshan and Akashvani
Professional Qualification: Passed the All India Competitive Examination Of The Ministry Of Information and Broadcasting In Administration And Accounts in the year 1966 and stood second in the merit list.
Post Retirement Occupations: Worked in different private concerns in the field of management for nearly 12 years.
Hobbies: Interest in astrology, gardening, collection of musical  tracks, Etc.
Literary Interest: Writing of articles for contribution to different magazines like Koshur Samachar, Naad, Etc
Present Avocation: I am presently busy compiling Kashmiri dictionary in Devnagri script for the last 10 years. It is a huge project and is likely to take couple of more years. The prominent feature in this project is that I have devised a new complete script for Kashmiri language with which Kashmiri can be written and read with utmost ease.
